The West End's got a new nightclub. The Tunnel opens this Thursday in the space next to the now-closed M5. Though the name isn't exactly original (there was a Tunnel in New York City, and one in D.C.), they've booked a big-name DJ for the opening-night bash.
Roger Sanchez, a Grammy-winning DJ and producer, normally spins in places like Ibiza. (As I sidenote, I actually saw him spin in Barcelona in 1998.... it was among the crazier nights out I've had, involving cheap wine, a beach and waffles.)
Anyway, The Tunnel's got lots of other stuff lined up too. If you check 'em out, let me know what you think.
