Last night's episode of The Hills was by far the best I've seen in many months. When Audrina believes a rumor that Lauren hooked up with Audrina's man, Justin (a.k.a. Justin Bobby), the fur starts to fly.
That Audrina (left) would even believe such a thing about her BFF is unbelievable enough, but for her to confront LC with the gossip and demand that she deny any hookup ever happened just made her look stupid.
Second big glimpse of Watchmen is out and about. It explains more, thanks to Rorschach's narration. And you see more of Dr. Manhattan (who sounds a little strange with Billy Crudup's voice -- also the voice of those "priceless" commercials).
I'm partial to the first trailer for its excellent use of Smashing Pumpkins music.
Still, this is pretty thrilling stuff for fans of the graphic novel.
Top Chef, Bravo's popular culinary competition, is back tonight, and the chefs are taking the Big Apple by storm this season.
I can't wait to see who'll emerge as the fame-whorish cads (a la Spike), the egotistical divas (a la Hung) and the kitchen annoyances with little discernable talent (too many to name). It's always intriguing to see who gets the ax in the first episode -- you gotta feel like a loser, right? -- as well as what kinds of twists and turns the show has planned for the cheftestants. I have the most fun, though, watching Padma's sometimes-loony behavior. Let's get cooking!!
